I can not access my account and never received the credit card. I am attempting to make a payment as I have made a purchase on my - account. The customer service representative can not accept payments and the automated system that it refers you to only hangs up -. The customer service rep for - said she does not have another number that I can reach out to Synchrony Bank at she told me to call back after -. I ca n't get out of a loophole with simply trying to obtain my credit card and simply making a payment.
