Barclays Credit card department,
A fraudulent charge appeared on my credit card. I have been trying to get Barclay 's to address this issue. I have sent - letters and called - times. I have not received any documentation from them, any notification from them, nothing. When I call to try to find out what they are doing I get the run around. They are trying to drag this out past the - period where I can dispute the charge. They have offered no explanation and no help, I just keep getting bills and when I call to ask what is going on I am told the department that handles is is n't answering their phones. ''
