I requested a credit line increase after my credit line was cut by $10000.00. I was instructed to upload VERY sensitive financial information to the American Express - site. I uploaded those documents on - -. I called on - - and the representative told me the documents had been lost due to a technical error '' and I was instructed to upload again. I was also instructed to call the company in - hours to confirm the receipt of the documents. I re-uploaded the documents on - - and called back in on - - and American Express could still not confirm if any of the VERY sensitive information had been received. They refused to let me talk to anyone in the underwriting department to verify that my VERY sensitive information was with the right people.
