Genesis Lending Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Michigan

I went to - - - MI and was told I would have a loan thru Genesis Lending which I learned was been since investigated. I have had issues with the Instiutute itself and can not rid myself on the ongoing debt and no way to fix the issue. I am in debt $16000.00 for a - - certificate in which I never got due to issues with promises of an externship. Once externship started I was told I didnt do well enough or only given limited access to the job I was to learn. The Genesis Loan I have tried to resolve but I get phone calls and letters weekly. I can not pay back any money if I am unemployed. I have discussed with them several times and I get the same answer. Its unclear to me also how I am responsible for paying back loans on a college that the government had to shuit down due to the dishonest nature and students left in unreasonable debt.
