Credit card Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received North Carolina

First of all I never received anything in regards to this debt, it just magically appeared on my credit report. I have tried to contact Midland Funding , LLC numerous times to get them to fix some inaccuracies they are reporting across the - credit bureaus. I sent a direct dispute on -/-/2015 which I never received a response to, then sent another one on -/-/2015. I contacted Midland Funding , LLC and spoke with someone who was clearly only reading from a script who told me they sent out a response to my direct dispute dated -/-/2015 on -/-/2015, which I have yet to receive. The main issue that I have with them is that on my Equifax report they are reporting as the ORIGINAL CREDITOR. On - and - they are reporting correcting, that they are a debt collector collecting for the Original Creditor -. I 've noticed a lot of people have the same problems with Midland Funding , LLC. Everyone I have spoken with at their offices calls me a criminal and one of them even used curse words at me. This is not an acceptable company.
