Wells Fargo Mortgage department,
VA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Virginia
I am the - ( 3rd Party Authorized ) for a Veteran with a VA Loan. He is attempting to sell his home through a VA Compromise Sale to avoid Foreclosure. I submitted the offer and all other requested info to the bank in a timely manner. But it has been 45 days and the bank now states they did n't have all of the documents requested. The issue is that I 've called the bank multiple times over the past 45 days asking for the status and making sure they had all required documents, which they always said they did. As of today, -/-/15, I have submitted what the bank said they did n't have on file, the Sales Contract. The problem is that the VA Compromise Approval process is basically beginning now, instead of -/-/15 when I originally submitted the documents. The Buyer now wants to back out of the deal because 45 days have passed without any progress. The Owner needs the bank to expedite this approval in order to keep his home out of foreclosure and under contract with the current buyer.
