From - -, 2015 to - -, my group used - rooms of a hotel in my name. On - - - -, I checked out. On - -, I checked through my credit card statement that on - -, the hotel charged $200.00 over my credit card as a penalty. The reason was we - in the no - room. The hotel charged the penalty on - -, not -, 1 day later we checked out. If the hotel claims that they checked the room on -, at the day we checked out, this means the hotel kept my credit card information without my permission even after my check out. The hotel should have charged the penalty on the - '' not to violate the Laws of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Therefore, I request the full refund of $200.00 from the hotel.
