Ocwen has the new payment wrong ( was interest only and principal payoff is starting now ), admits the mistake, but wo n't send a new statement with the correct payment. We 've wasted - hours on the phone with their - call center who keeps passing the issue around in circles. They have a payment based on 5 yrs rather than 15 yrs as per the loan docs. They realize this is wrong but - ca n't seem to fix it.
