Disclosure verification of debt Not disclosed as an attempt to collect Arizona

I was called from - on -/-/2015 at - reguarding a debt with - - -. The person who called me did not identify the name of the company and simply asked for me by my first and last name. When I said yes - said that she was calling for a account with - - - and I owed $1000.00 something then went into settlement and payment options so much as offering me a settlement at 50 %. There was no mini Miranda given at any point and I was not notified the calls could be recorded and did not verify who I was by using verification methods such as last - of the social security number or mailing address. I told her I would call back. I recieved a call at - - -/-/2015 and the same person left a voicemail stating I did not call her back. I called back their number - ext -. She again did not identify the company name. I gave her my phone number and she looked up the account and again simply asked for me by first and last name. I asked how much is owed and she went right into


not. I told her that she did not disclose a mini Miranda as well nor state the calls may be recorded. She said she didnt have to give me a mini Miranda and I asked to speak to a supervisor. She said she would transfer me and she then hung up. I called back and she said she did not mean to hang up with sarcasm in her voice and transfered me to a supervisors voicemail. I left a message stating that this is the - time in less than - hours that information has been given out without proper verification and have not received a call back. It took me looking up the phone number on - to figure out the name of the company is National Credit Adjusters and this is not the - time they have done this. I could have easily given the phone to someone next to me and they would have given any information that the person asked for.
