NCS has failed to provide me with a dunning notice prior to inserting inaccurate negative information on all - credit bureaus without notice and the only I found out was by VIA credit monitoring service. So when I finally realized I filed a dispute and also contacted NCS and original creditor - to no avail, even though they were in violation FCRA and the Fair Debt Collection Practices they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoings.
