Bank of America Prepaid Card Complaint

Bank of America Prepaid card department,

General purpose card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues North Carolina

I ordered a - Tablet for $53.00 at - on - - and ended up cancelling it the same day. - confirmed that they sent the money back and that I would have to contact my bank about the matter. I did and they continued to tell me to contact - and that there was nothing that they could do. So I did and - referred me back to Bank of America because they are the only ones that can release the hold. I contacted the bank yesterday and they told me it could take up to 3 days for the money to show up on my accont. I told the teller it was the - day and she said it should be released by the end of the day. I then called Bank of America today when I saw it was not released and I was told that they could not find the purchase of file a claim because the $53.00 sent to - was not able to take the money out of the account due to problems with my card and then the story changed to it was automatically refunded and to check my transactions on line by the claims department supervisor named - -. - was very rude and talked over me. She also told - a lie instead of trying to find out about my daughters child support money.
