Portfolio Recovery is again calling my cell and violated..I requested more then once all contact should be in writing and no phone calls.Both in writing and in my complaint here as well. Please refer to my complaint -.Today I received a call to my cell phone at - from Portfolio Recovery.Each phone call I have received is a violation.They have also sent me another letter again admitting they can not complete an investigation.Yet they continue to harass me.
