I am the Executor of the Estate of - -. The focus on forgery, fabrication and misrepresentation ( robo-signing ) is important. After all this shows fraudulent intent. First, I have repeatedly requested copies from Wells Fargo reverse mortgage loan department asking : Where is the original promissory note or mortgage the decease - - - - supposedly signed located? Please describe its physical location and anyone holding this note as a custodian or trustee if applicable. Where is the original first and second deed of trust signed located? Please describe its physical location and anyone holding this note as a custodian or trustee. I received copies of just the first deed of trust recorded with the - - recorder office. I had already received copies from - - recorder office. - -, refuse to send me a copies of the original note and the deeds. Secondly : Fraudulent forged ( robo signing ) loan documents typed and signed on - -, -, 2008 and signed by Wells Fargo employee


Wells Fargo employees not only committing fraud, but stated he spoke to the decease on - -, and - 2008. - - had - major strokes in 2008 and was unable to conduct any business with any of the Wells Fargo employees and he never spoke to HECM - - - on - -, 2008. - -, Mortgage - informed me and the Missouri - Attorney -, - -, who is handling my complaint, the deed would be release free and clear due to fraud, if provided both medical records ( - University - and - - - - of the deceased ( - - 's - indicating when he had his strokes. Medical records provided to - -. Few weeks letter received by - -, stating that the deed would not be release. Obviously, - - had no attention or authority to release the deed of trust at all. Instead HUD has started foreclosure proceedings. Wells Fargo Bank employees, and HUD employees jointly and/or severally, then created and caused it being recorded in - - - 's -, documents bearing fraudulent signatures ( robo-signed ) in an attempt cure these fatal defects. The deed of trust release free and clear due to fraud committed by both Wells Fargo and HUD employees. Attached are copies of all reverse mortgage loan documents indicating robo signing by the Wells Fargo employees and HUD employees, medical records, copies of first and second deed of trust. Shown on both copies of the first and second deeds of trust are to different signatures and notary being modified by Wells Fargo. The people working for Wells Fargo and HUD whose names appeared on all the forged reverse mortgage documents including the notary did/had committed fraud, Financial Abuse, elderly abuse, fraud, illegally or unethically exploiting an elderly person, my father. Overall, prey upon an elderly who was severely - due to dementia and multiple strokes for financial gain. This is fraud. The improperly executed notarized of both first and second deeds of trust documents as well as the forged signatures on the Note itself and loan document has to match the control document and if they do not match the notarization is invalid. Loan documents is therefore invalid, the contract - - - deed ) become nullified. Any notice of default, or substitution of trustee recorded on borrowers ' real property based upon a fraudulent and forged loan documents and both first and second deed of trusts shall be considered a null void.
