Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened to sue on too old debt Washington

An automatic call placed many times from - states that there is fraudulent activity associated with my name and social security number. To avoid - charges being filed against me they then give me a case number of - and a contact number -. When calling the - number the operator tells me that I will be sued if I do n't come to an agreement even though it is a Time-Barred debt. They continue to call even after I tell them the debt is not valid.
