I applied for a credit - account with my sister as cosigner for my dental work. I paid $75.00 upfront and made my - appointment. I had a $5.00 copay which I paid and my dentist took -. My next appointment he started a cleaning -. My next appointment my dentist had left and they had me scheduled for - - that were n't ever discussed with a different dentist. They charged - - $26000.00 for work they never did and $500.00 for work I never had done. Now it is a - bill. Please take this off my credit report.
