Instead Performant made up an address of -, SD. I have never resided at - - -. We only received street addresses a little - and my new street address is - - -. Then when I requested a hearing on the matter they never gave me Notice of the Hearing and they will not address the fact that they violated my due process rights under the statute. Since Performant has the sole power to request the hearing they are abusing their position by not forwarding my objections to the Administrative Law Judge. Performant 's predecessor engaged in robo signing activities and I am sure that is what happened here. I am recovering from - - and have missed doctor appointments because this money is coming out of my check because my doctors are - miles away from where I live. Performant also refuses to give me an accounting of payments on this debt. I am just seeking the opportunity to negotiate the payments to an amount that I can afford without having to miss - appointments.
