Federal student loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine New Jersey

Performant Recovery Inc is trying to collect a student loan debt that is not mine. They have contacted me periodically over the years and each time I thought this issue was resolved because I have paid all of my student loans on time and in full. They are assigning a debt of a person who has a close name to mine but her middle name is -. She was also born in -/-/- which is far before my birth year. They are contacting me by mail as well as my cell phone. I also believe they are trying to phish for my social security number.
