On - -, -/-/2013 my loan was approved and I locked in an interest rate of 4.75 %. The rate lock expired on - -, -/-/2013 and the mortgage rates subsequently decreased. As the rate of 4.75 % had expired and new rates were lower I asked - - ( NMLS ID : - ) as ( - ) - to give me the new lower rate but she refused. I closed on my property ( - - - - - - -, NJ - ) on - -/-/2013. Is this legal? What are my rights?
