Checking account Deposits and withdrawals Florida

A person deposited my check in Suntrust Bank in - Florida, and I do n't have any account at this Bank. I have a copy of the check that was deposited and it shows the account number on the back. - supervisors I have their names, - agreed to the name I thought might be on the account and it was on the name on the account, and they - agreed to me being on a recorded line and they - said the - name that I asked if it was on the account was not on the account. They never should have been able to deposit my check. Please help me get answers to such negligence in the banking system.
