In this case, - Services ( - - - - -, - - - MN -, representing their client - -, refused to acknowledge that I never had an account with - and do not owe said - - $2500.00. - wrote back that the entry meets the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. However, that is impossible given that I never engaged their client and only had - and it 's predecessor. Please assist in preventing them from collecting under a false premise.
