Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Georgia

Lease is up on vehicle, I inquired about purchase option with Ally Financial. They are not recognizing the purchase option amount in my contract ( equal to residual, with no fee for purchase option ). The amount they quoted was 2,500 higher than the residual value stated on my contract.
