Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Georgia

Capital One Auto Finance repossessed and subsequently sold my car while it was under my husband 's Chapter - Bankruptcy. When I inquired to Capital One about regaining possession and rectifying the account I was told to call back when the bankruptcy was over. I called back. They had already sold car. My credit report showed a repossession and recovery amount owed. I was not given a chance by Capital One to regain possession of the car or take over payments.
