Banco Popular de Puerto Rico Credit card unsolicited issuance of credit card March 30, 2017 - I received a notice in the mail asking me to set up a pin for a credit card I did n't apply for or receive. I called and it was a very short message saying that I can validate the pin or request a new one. I ignored it. A few days later I received a credit card in the mail from Popular bank from - -. It was their - Visa card. It had a limit of $15000.00. If someone was simply trying to steal my ID they would n't have sent the card to me so I then questioned whether Popular Bank was behind this or someone at their bank was doing this in the hope that I would validate the card and the... |
