Scottrade Bank Consumer loan managing the loan or lease March 20, 2015 - Bank - - sent the payoff on - trucks to Blvd Bank, - - Loan Operations Department, on -/-/-The Cashier 's Check was cashed on -/-/-Bank of - nor I received a lien release on my -/-/- Chevy -. When inquiry was made to - - Loan Operations area, they stated they are waiting for the file??? This truck was paid off - days ago with a Cashier 's Check. There is no reason the lien release should not be sent out. I do not understand a bank operations area that can be that dysfunctional. This is totally unacceptable financial practice for a financial institut... |
