January 26, 2016 - I received a TD Bank Privacy Policy Disclosure for my Target Red Card. Offered is the option to call - to opt out of " opt outable '' sharing. It is an automated system. I firmly believe it was designed to be difficult to understand what/how to opt out of sharing. After I pressed -, - and - the line was disconnected.
