Barclays PLC Credit card privacy March 23, 2017 - Hi, i recently received a barclay arrival plus card. I had not have the satisfaction of using credit due to the card not benign activive or on hold for more than 45days. The credit company is requesting a copy of my SS # from & back, Driver license with copy of bank statement to verify my identity. I spoken with numerous customer service rep, to address this issue. Barclays PLC Credit card privacy April 7, 2016 - Called on my - credit card for a balance transfer of $2400.00 to their account. Had always liked this company and was given good service in the past. After going through the typical security questions, I was transferred to another person who only handled security. That person began asking if we had ever owned ( and then gave a list of -- cars ), that happened 4-5 times. We have been married 52 years and do not remember all the cars we have owned.
