Asset Management Outsourcing, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount May 21, 2015 - In -/-/- I had a surgical procedure. Prior to the procedure I was told to pay ( I do n't remember the exact amount ) about $600.00 upfront to cover charges that my health insurance company did not cover. At that time, I asked the hospital if this was their final bill or would there be any further bills after the procedure. I was told NO, no further bills would be forthcoming. A month later I got a bill for $220.00 and have been disputing it ever since based on what they had told me prior to the procedure.
