Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt October 18, 2015 - On -/-/2015 Evergreen Financial Services violated our privacy by disclosing a debt owed to an unauthorized 3rd party. The collector placed a call to a number the collector found using skip trace. The individual who owns this phone, has pending legal/criminal issues with our family. The violation of our privacy to this individual has created much turmoil for our family now. Furthermore, at - on -/-/2015 when I called Evergreen Financial, I spoke with - , and when I asked what the amount we supposedly owed and who we supposedly owed the debt to she refused to give me any information.
