This company has called various telephone numbers associated with the account ( including private cell phone numbers and work numbers ), has not identified who they are, but has discussed my debt with those who answer the numbers. October 31, 2015 - Company called family members disclosing information about debt and threats of consequences. AME- should NOT be calling my parents at all at this point! Normally they are only allowed to contact a - party - time and only to obtain current contact information and not to discuss ANY details of the debt and certainly not to collect it from anyone other than the account holder.
