Webster Bank Bank account or service using a debit or atm card June 7, 2016 - After seeing a debit card transaction on our account that I did not recognize, I researched as much as possible by contacting the company in question several times. They had no information as to why we would be billed as we were n't even in their system. I also checked with our insurance company which did not have any such billing through them.
