Encore Capital Group Credit card closing/cancelling account July 21, 2016 - I have been homeless since -/-/2016. I have not been able to make payments on these debts due to hardship. I had - and therapy and eventually was not able to do my job and lost my job which caused me to loose my apartment and so forth. I want to be able to clear my debt but now I am currently in a no job and homeless situation. If I could get some feedback on how I can clear these past debts I would greatly appreciate any advice. Encore Capital Group Credit card closing/cancelling account June 28, 2016 - I opened an account in about - with - with a balance of $500.00. I wanted to close this account because the interest rate was extremely high, so I called to let them know to close it. Here it is -, I received a summons for court claiming I owe $830.00. I am already overwhelming with bills everywhere. This has been such a hassle. - has sold this debt to Midland credit company. This company is only willing to settle for $710.00.... |
