May 1, 2015 - My wife, -, selected to have her - Unemployment benefits placed on a Chase Debit card. The card was issued on -/-/- and she earned a total of $7000.00. She stopped looking for a job and filing for unemployment benefits when her father died on -/-/- when she started working on resolving his estate.
