November 8, 2015 - I filed for chapter - bankruptcy and was confirmed in - 2013 and first national bank of omaha was - my creditors. they are reporting late payments and overdue balance in violation of the agreement. i believe this is in violation of the fair credit reporting act and an aggressive attempt to get me to pay a debt that is under bankruptcy protection. i have tried and failed to get any resolution from them and this is destroying my efforts to rebuild my credit and preventing me from doing an fha streamline on my home. ...
