September 29, 2016 - I purchased a debit card loaded with $150.00 from www.netspend.com. the card said ai had to call a number to activate it. After - tries the recording said there was a problem activating it. I spoke with - woman from whom I was disconnected. Another man connected me to a supervisor who told me the card was limited to instore transaction which I did not want and he could n't fix it, claiming it was irreversable.
