Student loan can't repay my loan can't decrease my monthly payments December 15, 2015 - COLLECTION NOTICE SENT TO MY DECEASED MOTHER IN LAW WHO,PASSED AWAY 12 YEARS AGO,THEN FORWARDED TO MY UNCLE WHO WAS THE E-ECUTOR OF HER WILL, HE IN TURN GAVE THE NOTICES TO US (PARENTS).NOW OUR ENTIRE FAMILY KNOWS OF THE DEBT. THIS COLLECTOR , -( HIS NAME AT THE LTD AGENCY HAS BEEN TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THAT MY MOTHER IN LAW HAD DIED, YET SENDS TWO NOTICES TO HER . My whole life I have also struggled with -. My family took good care of me and wanted me to be successful, and I strove for that - especially in the wake of my parents ' divorce.
