Blitt and Gaines, P.C. Credit card other May 18, 2016 - I received a credit card in - it went to collections. In - - filed a small claims for - but i never received notification to go to court. In - they filed a nonwithholding wage deduction my employer. My employer sent it back and said i dont make enough to garnish. Now in - they are sending garnishments to my work. No phone calls at home or letters just wage garnishments to my job. I called to settle for half but they will not budge on the amount and i need to pay -.
