Continental Finance Company, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine July 7, 2015 - I received a letter from - - - - , - ( creditor - - - -, - '' ) representing that I owe a debt to Continental Finance. I called -, and a representative said it was a Visa that I had opened -/-/- and closed -/-/-. I never opened a Visa -/-/-, nor does such an item appear on any of my credit reports. When I contacted Continental Finance, they represented that, not only do they not recognize the account number included on the FNCB letter, but I never had an account with them, and further, that they only carry MasterCard, not Visa, and thus the debt... |
