When asked to verify this was my debt, they continue to just send statements of amounts owed in - different names. I had - for medical coverage and fear i have been a victim of identity fraud due to their breach. I have offered on numerous occasions to settle this alleged debt despite previously believing and now knowing that the balance had been previously paid. Both clients moved from the house, advised the City of -, and then filed bankruptcy. The City of -, WA code does not permit ongoing charges to a consumer for water bills if they advise the City that they are leaving the house and want the water shut off. The military allowed step children to be on my insurance. This DOES NOT make me responsible for her bills. Her parents, - - and - - are responsible for this bill NOT ME.
