I have sent in a notarized affidavit and a detailed police report stating that I have no knowledge of this account. I spoke with - and - in the fraud department and they informed me that they will not remove this negative item off the credit report unless a conviction was made of the person I believe who was using my identity. - informed me if I followed through with trying to get the item removed they would investigate me and I would be charged with a felony. - inform... |
