Quickclick loans in -, Ga is reporting a negative account on my - credit report that I have no knowledge of. I have sent in a notarized affidavit and a detailed police report stating that I have no knowledge of this account. I spoke with - and - in the fraud department and they informed me that they will not remove this negative item off the credit report unless a conviction was made of the person I believe who was using my identity. - informed me if I followed through with trying to get the item removed they would investigate me and I would be charged with a felony. - informed me that her and - looked things over and they will not have the item removed. I have been trying to get this resolved for over 6 months now. They both were extremly rude to me.
