Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine July 6, 2015 - the Law Firm of Nair and Levine, debt collector for the - - - - -, is taking me to court for a debt that I have disputed for over 7 years for exhorbitant billings based on estimates, and faulty equipment, which was on my credit report, then removed after I wrote the CEO - - explaining the situation believing he would see my good faith efforts in trying to resolve the issue that was placed on my credit not due to come off for another year and blocking me from obtaining a mortgage. Rather than a reply the matter was turned over to debt collector and a scheduled court date is... |
