the Law Firm of Nair and Levine, debt collector for the - - - - -, is taking me to court for a debt that I have disputed for over 7 years for exhorbitant billings based on estimates, and faulty equipment, which was on my credit report, then removed after I wrote the CEO - - explaining the situation believing he would see my good faith efforts in trying to resolve the issue that was placed on my credit not due to come off for another year and blocking me from obtaining a mortgage. Rather than a reply the matter was turned over to debt collector and a scheduled court date is -/-/-. The company in the collection of this debt has threatened me, mispresented its billings, embarrassed me publically claiming I owe this bill when I have disputed it from the first billing. I have tried every way to resolve this matter that is only met with the alleged bill increasing in what I am said to owe, other issues including the malicious litigation that is scheduled this week. I continue to dispute this debt for which from the status conference on -/-/-, it is obvious that the purpose is just to grant the company and debt collector judgment and taking action to secure money for them that I have strenuously protested through out that I do not owe. I have documents to support all my defenses and what I setforth in this complaint.
