Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine August 24, 2016 - I have contacted - to dispute this account that Quality Recovery Services is reporting on my credit file. - stated that Quality Recovery Service stated that they verified the debt. How could Quality Recovery Service verify a debt that do not belong to me. I have notified - and Quality Recovery Service that this debt was a result of identity theft and they have not removed this account from my credit file. I have trying to be patient about the situation but it seems as they are intentionally violating the FCRA. I need your help in getting this matter resolved quickly.... |
