United Military Mortgage, LLC Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker July 8, 2015 - I recently refinanced my mortgage and I have been receiving several letters in the mail soliciting me to do another refinance. I received - from United Military Mortgage LLC and it really concerns me. The letter states I can get a rate at 2.25 % ( - ). In reading the reverse side of the letter I found out this was for a 3 year Hybrid ARM/Adjustable Rate Mortgage with - discount points. No where on the front does it list the loan as a ARM and/or list any discount points. This is very deceptive advertising and I do not believe that this should be allowed.
