Financial Credit Network Inc Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action May 24, 2016 - Seven months after moving out of my previous home, - - - - - sent a bill for $370.00 to a collections agency. No attempt had been made to inform me of the debt in the intervening 7 months. - - - had my home phone number, work number, bank account information ( with permission to withdraw ), new address, and e-mail address. Yet they sent the account to collections without ever informing me that there was a balance due.
