HSBC Credit card billing statement

November 11, 2015 - HSBC Bank enrolled me in paperless statements without my knowledge, approval or acceptance. As a result, I never received my paper statement in the mail, which I rely on to ensure I make timely payments, and missed 2 monthly payments. They have now reported my delinquency to the credit bureaus ruining my perfect payment history for over 20+ years. June 12, 2015 - this is a follow up to complaint filed wherein i received what i do not need did not ask forbeen with hsbc many years first credit card. I gave birth to my son in 2012 he has heart issues. we have big medical bills in this country there is still corruption in medical insurance. now the medical insurance is being sued until then i have to pay the bills. i am a good customer this bank refuses to refund me interest AS ALL other banks are as long as i need. which means i can not use my card.
