Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay July 31, 2015 - - 2014 I received a quote from an - for some commercial work for -. ( Their business name is - - '' ) They did not complete any work, but sent me a bill for -. They would never provide any documentation of signed work orders or anything to show they did the work they want money for. ( I had hired another - that gave a better quote ) They sold my bill '' of $800.00 to Southwest Recovery Services and I have now received massive amounts of threatening phone calls to - line.
