HSBC Credit card billing disputes September 23, 2015 - This issue is that the subsidiary collection agencies for - continue to report on an old account that I have full paid and - shows the account as being fully paid, but their --party collection agencies continue to report causing a negative reflection on my credit report. Every six months I have to resubmit the payoff letter to clear it off. It is cleared but then keeps reappearing. I need this cleared off my credit report and to stop all further collection and reporting on this account on my credit report. ... |
