It is now - - and they keep stalling about the settlement. They told me 4 weeks and 2 weeks ago that I would have it settled by now. They also owe me $490.00 for reimbursement of the cost of an appraisal. I have telephoned their mortgage specialist numerous times over the past nearly two months for an update on the status of the loan and reimbursement without a response on their part. Paramount GR Holdings, LLC Mortgage credit decision / underwriting March 7, 2016 - I refinanced my home with Paramount Equity and used the money to pay my credit cards. Part of the requirement by underwriting to receive the loan I was told I had to close all of my accounts. I was also told to not pay any bills during the process of the paperwork. They had a third party person I had to contact so Paramount could verify I had closed my accounts. Today I found out that this process had ruined my credit rating and that this process was illegal.
