The CFPB will forward your complaint to Federated Law Group and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, Federated Law Group has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. Federated Law Group is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

December 11, 2015 - I have fallen on real hard times after my parents passed away and was not able to pay on a credit card. Well now without notice I received a Judgement against me were it states that they will or can garnish my wages. After I make all my monthly payments I am left with maybe $30.00 to $35.00 a month, I also get my food from a Food Bank. I e-mailed them and said that I could pay them $20.00 a month but not more and their answer was they they rejected my offer. What can I do, if they garnish my wages I will loose everything.
